Open positions are in Athens, Thessaloniki and Ioannina.YOUR MISSIONDeliver sales performance, brand KPIs, and financial targets, keeping Swixx and its Partners' high reputation in Greece.YOUR ROLEExecute Territory action plan / Account action planVisit relevant Healthcare Professionals at hospital and/or private’s office settingDrive Sales Force Effectiveness – updating and optimizing targets (segmentation, targeting) and properly executing cycle plans (coverage, call/day, frequency, etc.) according to specific company business strategyCarry out the promotion plan within the allocated territory and fulfills the promotion objectives agreed with the supervisor Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives, etc. in order to meet or exceed on those objectivesOptimize coverage and frequency to key customers in order to maximize access and sales opportunitiesEffectively handle objections, misunderstandings, concerns and consistently gaining logical and reasonable calls to action in order to close on every sales callEffectively analyze CRM performance data, market trends/dynamics in order to build an optimal sales strategy and routinely contribute to area market intelligenceAdhere to the highest standards of trustworthy and ethical behavior in all interactions, compliance with all laws, policies, and regulationsUnderstand and act in line with Swixx Biopharma corporate culture and expectations. YOUR PROFILEAcademic levelUniversity degree – life science (e.g. pharmacy, nurse, medical doctor, biology, biochemistry, chemistry etc.) or equivalent is requiredAdvanced degree preferred.Work experienceNot less than 2 years’ experience as medical representative or KAM or a similar position within pharma industry, mainly in Psychiatry and/or Neurology pharmaceutical products.Skills & KnowledgeDeep knowledge of therapeutic area and promoted productsRelationship management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent teamwork and networking skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsStrong negotiation and sales skills - Proven track record of success in sellingFluent in Greek & English.Advanced literacy on Microsoft Office applicationsReadiness for traveling on business purposes.WHAT YOU GET IN RETURNOpportunity to contribute & learn in customer-oriented & dynamic environment Be part of team driven by a causeGain experience in multinational fast-growing companySounds appealing?
