Job Description

Position Title: Medical Sales Representative – Urology (Medical Devices)Location: TanzaniaJob PurposeThe Medical Sales Representative – Urology (Medical Devices) is responsible for promoting and selling Grafen’s urology medical device portfolio in Tanzania. The role focuses on developing long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, achieving sales targets, and supporting the company’s growth strategy within the medical devices sector.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell Grafen’s urology medical devices to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.Develop and maintain strong relationships with urologists, surgeons, procurement departments, and biomedical engineers.Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and clinical support sessions.Execute territory sales strategies and achieve assigned sales targets.Identify and develop new business opportunities, including participation in tenders and hospital projects.Provide post-sales technical and customer support to ensure product satisfaction and compliance.Monitor competitors’ activities, pricing, and market developments, and share timely market feedback with management.Participate in conferences, medical exhibitions, and educational workshops to enhance Grafen’s market presence.Ensure all sales activities are conducted in line with company ethics and compliance guidelines.Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates to management.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare field.Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably within urology or surgical specialties.Strong understanding of the medical device market and healthcare systems in Tanzania.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Fluent in English and Swahili (spoken and written).Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.Valid driving license and readiness to travel frequently across the assigned territory.Personal CompetenciesSelf-motivated and results-oriented.Strong customer focus and relationship management.Technical aptitude and ability to understand complex medical devices.Organized, reliable, and professional in conduct.Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.Reporting LineReports to: Business Unit Manager – Medical Division, Lebanon Head Office.
