Our online store offers a broad selection of mobility devices available for rent or purchase. We’re dedicated to helping our customers maintain their independence and mobility with care, compassion, and efficiency. We are opening our first retail/industrial location.About the Role:We’re looking for a driven Medical Sales Representative to lead our sales efforts and grow key relationships across the healthcare sector. If you have strong sales leadership experience, we’d love to connect.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute territory and account growth strategiesBuild and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionalsConduct product demos, presentations, and training sessionsManage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closingAnalyze market trends and competitor activity to guide strategic directionCollaborate with marketing and operations to support customer needsForecast sales performance and report on KPIsOversee and maintain inventory levels for rentals and sales.Manage delivery and pick-up schedules to ensure timely, professional service.Handle customer inquiries and sales via phone, email, and online chat.Order products and parts from suppliers and track shipments.Maintain accurate records for orders, deliveries, and equipment maintenance.Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.Qualifications:3–5+ years of medical device or healthcare sales experience (management experience an asset)Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong understanding of medical device products, healthcare systems, and hospital procurementExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsValid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territoryStrong organizational and communication skills.Tech-savvy and comfortable using spreadsheets or inventory/order management systems.Customer-first mindset with attention to detail and follow-through.Experience enhancing customer experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPost-secondary education requiredWhy Join Us:Be part of a purpose-driven business that directly helps people in the community.Opportunity to grow with a small, supportive team.Competitive compensation based on experience.
