Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist located in Winnipeg, MB, with opportunities to work remotely on occasion. The Sales Specialist will be tasked with identifying potential clients, building strong relationships with customers, and promoting the company’s logistics and courier solutions. Responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, providing training to new clients or team members, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups. Weekly collaboration with the team to strategize and achieve sales goals will be an integral part of the role. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and persuasive speaking abilitiesCustomer service skills, with a focus on delivering client satisfaction and resolving inquiries effectivelyDemonstrated experience in sales and sales management, with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growthExperience providing training or onboarding support to clients or team membersSelf-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; knowledge of logistics and courier services is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
