This is a highly collaborative role that bridges marketing and technology, ideal for someone who is both design-minded and code-savvy.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, test, and launch digital marketing campaigns using HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptConfigure dynamic content and personalization logic for targeted messagesSupport digital journey and marketing teams in campaign executionConduct QA testing across platforms, devices, and email clientsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative and technical standardsEnsure compliance with CASL and other privacy regulationsRefine and troubleshoot vendor-delivered code to enhance campaign qualityWork with design tools such as Photoshop, Figma, and SketchMonitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendationsStay up to date on front-end development and digital marketing trendsRequired Experience3-5+ years in digital campaign development or front-end developmentStrong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript with responsive design experienceExperience with Adobe Journey Optimizer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or ResponsysHands-on with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and SketchFamiliarity with content management platforms (e.g., Contentful)Use of QA tools such as Litmus or Movable InkStrong attention to detail and time management skillsExcellent communication and team collaboration abilitiesNice-to-Have ExperienceExperience with personalized data-driven campaignsBackground in both technical development and marketing executionCertifications in HTML/CSS or a degree in Marketing, Design, or Computer ScienceRequired SkillsHTML, CSS, JavaScriptEmail campaign tools (AJO, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.)Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, SketchTesting tools (Litmus, Movable Ink)Attention to detail and multitasking abilityPreferred SkillsContentful or similar platformsQA and cross-device/browser testingMarketing performance analysisAdditional SkillsResponsive designCASL compliance awarenessCampaign reporting and optimizationAbout the ClientLeading Canadian bank offering a wide range of financial services.
