In this role, you will play a critical part in promoting and expanding the reach of our AI-Heart platform, an innovative solution that transforms ECG data into precise heart health insights.You will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals (especially cardiologists), and providing expert knowledge about our AI-powered cardiovascular solutions. This position reports to the Managing Director and requires a strong background in medical device sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for innovative healthcare technology.Key Responsibilities:Drive sales and business development activities for MEDTL’s solutions, focusing on cardiologists, healthcare providers, and medical institutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, healthcare administrators, and partners.Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the CVD healthcare market, both locally and internationally.Provide expert product demonstrations, addressing technical and clinical aspects of the AI-Heart to potential clients.Collaborate with the Product and Marketing teams to align sales strategies with product updates and market needs.Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory requirements.Represent MEDTL at conferences, exhibitions, and customer meetings, promoting the company’s mission and solutions.Deliver feedback from the field to the R&D and Product teams to support continuous product improvement.Support clients post-sale onboarding, training, and ongoing customer success initiatives.Qualifications/Required Skills/Experience:4+ years of experience in medical device sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare technology sales.Strong understanding of cardiology, ECG analysis, and the medical software/device industry is highly preferred.Proven history in B2B sales, business development, and account management within the healthcare sector.Ability to engage with physicians, hospital administrators, and medical professionals, presenting technical and clinical value propositions.Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).High level of self-motivation, ability to work independently, and strong critical thinking skills.Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and product demonstrations.Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience is a plus). Things to include with your resume.A detailed summary of sales achievements, including sales targets met/exceeded and notable deals closed.References from healthcare professionals or institutions you have worked with.Case studies or examples highlight your experience in selling medical devices, software, or healthcare solutions.Apply:If you are excited about joining our team, send your CV to info@medtl.ai or contact us
