IT, Consulables, Construction materials, HR etc.)Converting PR to PO, PO follow-ups in ERPs like SAP, AribaCoordinate and execute bid clarification/management, conduct supplier negotiationAward contract for selected suppliersReporting, analyzing and delivering spend resultsSpend analysisTimely escalations to all internal and external stakeholders in case of a policy and procedure not followedMaintain quality, accuracy & Turnaround time (TAT) as per Service Level Agreement (SLA)Adherence to overall Service Delivery RequirementsLiaises with client organization for any delivery requirementDevelop strong working relationships with the entire supply chain teamIdentify and resolve exceptions
