Job Description

To support adidas Vietnam’s Membership and Brand Activation efforts through seamless execution across retail and digital touchpoints. The role ensures integrated campaign delivery, legal compliance, and member engagement through activations and experiences aligned with adidas Brand standards.Accountabilities:(To be performed in alignment with global, regional & local guidelines)Retail ActivationManage end-to-end execution of retail activation strategy and planning, focusing on local campaigns and commercial moments (holiday, sales period, etc.).Coordinate with Retail, Brand, and agency partners for store-level activation implementationEnsure on-ground campaign execution is consistent with brand guidelines and local opportunitiesWork with regional Legal to ensure compliance documentation for all retail activitiesSupport quotation, invoice, and liquidation processes for campaign projects.Evaluate post-campaign performance and share key learnings for continuous improvementDigital ActivationSupport campaign briefing and execution across website, mobile app, CRM (newsletter, app push), and paid media requestsCoordinate with regional creative, digital activation, paid media, and eCom teams to ensure timely and accurate executionMonitor digital activations to ensure alignment with brand tone and campaign objectivesManage campaign performance reporting and identify improvement opportunitiesEnsure all digital activations meet brand and legal compliance standardsMembershipLead the execution of key membership moments such as adiClub Days and brand campaign-linked activationsOperate adidas’ internal tools (e.g. GET Event) to manage, track, and report member engagement benefits (raffle, exclusive experiences, etc.)Ensure smooth coordination across Retail, Digital, and CRM teams for integrated member journeysWork with regional Membership and Legal teams to ensure compliant, high-quality activationsTrack, measure, and optimize member engagement through campaign performance insightsKey Performance IndicatorsSmooth, legally compliant execution of activations (retail & digital)Stakeholder alignment and conflict resolutionEfficient project management (budget, risk, timelines)Initiative and creativity in activation deliveryProfessional background/ Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field2+ years of experience in Marketing, Retail Activation, CRM, or Membership program managementPreferably in sports, fashion, or lifestyle brands (retail or agency side)Ability to work in an international, fast-paced environmentBrand activations, events, digital marketing, and CRM systemsStrong adaptability to internal digital tools (CRM, project management, reporting systems)English: Fluent in all four skills (speaking, writing, reading, presenting), Local language: Proficient
