Job Responsibilities Responsible for the development of advanced process technology and process flow for MEMS devices(MEMS air pump/speaker/inkjet head/sensor etc.), identifying potential process and material risks, as well as key manufacturing issues, and providing solutions. Collaborate with the design team to evaluate process risks and implement manufacturing based on device structure design and other requirements, while providing optimization solutions for device performance from a process perspective.Position Requirements Possess expertise in electrical/electronic engineering, physics, materials, or semiconductors, with a bachelor's degree or higher. 10+ years of experience in MEMS process development, with at least 5 years of recent hands-on experience in MEMS process development. Familiar with key issues, critical points, process equipment and main process(Thinfilm formation,Etch,Litho,CMP,Trimming,Deep-RIE,etc.) in MEMS process module development.
