Role Purpose: Grow volume and revenue in the accounts assigned to a route. Sell existing accounts and provide high quality customer service. Accountabilities: Achieve volume plan by selling all accounts on your assigned route per identified schedule. Sell and Execute all authorized products, packages and promotions. Solicit/sell all marketing equipment & additional selling displays. Obtain best selling position in the account. Ensure pricing guidelines are fully executed. Identify & Solicit new outlet opportunities. Execute direction provided by key account manager with multiple outlet customers. Merchandise all accounts to MenaBev standards. Manage stock levels to ensure continuous availability.
Work with Merchandisers to execute the Merchandising Standards established for the market. Job Requirements: Should have graduated High School, preferably with a college degree. Must have 1 year of frontline sales experience in FMCG industry. Negotiation and communication skills. Must have valid driving license. Proficiency in English and Arabic Language
