Job Title: MEP EngineerLocation: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesIndustry: Design & Build / ConstructionEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the design, coordination, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems across a variety of high-end commercial projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage day-to-day MEP activities on-site, ensuring alignment with project timelines and specifications.Supervise installation works for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and local regulations.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other site personnel to ensure smooth execution of MEP works.Resolve technical issues on-site and provide immediate engineering solutions to avoid delays.Monitor and report on progress, quality, and safety of MEP installations.Review and approve shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities for inspections and approvals.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Minimum 5 years of site experience in MEP execution.Strong understanding of codes and regulations.Proficiency in AutoCAD and site coordination tools; Revit knowledge is a plus.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.Strong leadership and communication abilities.Driving license preferred.
