MEP Engineer

Perform MEP services such as installation, testing & commissioning, maintenance & operations. With technical knowledge of Electrical system and plumbing system. Evaluates, Review technical requisition, drawings and documents, Ensuring compliance with required standards and specifications.Coordinate & supervise all MEP installation works at site.Review contractor’s shop drawing against the design drawings & as per local authority’s regulation for compliance with the design intent and return with appropriate comments/approval.Review & approve shop drawings, design modification/clarifications, material submittals & method statements.Arrange quotation from the suppliers & contractors for the works.Oversee quality control, health and safety matters on site.Finalize qualified subcontractors to carry out the works as per drawings.Review and verify progressive project invoices.Complete hand-over of the project by arranging O&M manuals with necessary As Built drawings.
