MEP Fit-out Estimation Engineer

We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Fit-Out Estimation Engineer to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of proven experience preferably in the fit-out industry, with a strong background in preparing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for commercial and residential projects.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for all Interior fit-out works, including but not limited to, civil, architectural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), and specialized finishes.Conduct thorough analysis of tender documents, architectural drawings, specifications, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) to identify project requirements and potential risks.Source and obtain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and to support the estimation process.Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of material costs, labor rates, and subcontractor pricing to ensure up-to-date and reliable estimations.Work collaboratively with the design, project management, and procurement teams to finalize project costs and to support project execution.Prepare cost reports and present them to management for review and approval.Participate in pre-tender and post-tender meetings with clients and consultants.Ensure all estimates are prepared in a timely manner to meet deadlines.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or any related field.Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as an MEP Estimation Engineer, preferably in the fit-out industry within the UAE.Proficiency in estimation Planswift, & microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Must be available to join immediately or on short notice.
