The MEP Manager will oversee and coordinate all MEP aspects of assigned construction projects, ensuring quality and compliance with design specifications. Responsibilities include managing procurement processes, designing and reviewing MEP systems, supervising plumbing, mechanical, and electrical works, and leading cross-functional coordination among project teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining efficient processes.QualificationsProven expertise in MEP Coordination and understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systemsSolid experience in MEP Design and proficiency in related technical and design tools, with proven experience in hospital projects (hospital MEP design experience is a must)Technical knowledge of Plumbing and application of best practices in the fieldExperience in Procurement, including material selection and vendor managementStrong project management, organizational, and team leadership skillsExcellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different project teamsPrevious experience in handling construction or contracting projects is an added advantageDegree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering, or a related technical field
