MEP Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead the mechanical, electrical, and public health elements on a major data centre project in The Netherlands. This is a technically complex and fast-paced build, requiring a strong leader with a deep understanding of mission-critical systems and high-quality delivery.Working for a global construction contractor, you’ll play a key role in managing subcontractors, interfacing with design teams, and ensuring that all MEP systems are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. Key ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of Mechanical and Electrical packages across the full project lifecycleCoordinate with design consultants and BIM teams to ensure buildability and system integrationLead MEP subcontractor meetings and interface with site and project managersMonitor progress against programme, identify delays, and implement recovery plansOversee quality assurance, inspections, testing and commissioning of MEP systemsEnsure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulationsSupport commercial teams with variations, valuations, and progress reports Candidate RequirementsMinimum 10+ years' experience as an MEP Manager or MEP LeadProven experience on data centre, high-tech, or industrial projectsStrong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems (UPS, LV/MV, BMS, HVAC, etc.)Ability to manage subcontractors and liaise with multiple stakeholdersFluent English essential; Dutch language skills highly desirableEU passport or valid Dutch work permit required What’s on OfferOpportunity to deliver one of Netherlands most high-profile data centre buildsCompetitive salary and long-term project pipeline across EuropeAccommodation support and relocation assistance availableWork with a high-performing international contractor with career development potential If you feel you have the right experience, please feel free to apply.
