About The RoleWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandise Buyer & Operations Coordinator to manage sourcing, purchasing, and production for branded merchandise programs.You’ll ensure all client orders are executed efficiently, on-brand, and on time—working closely with internal teams and suppliers to bring creative merchandise ideas to life.Key ResponsibilitiesSource and purchase products that align with client brand guidelines and campaign goals. Manage relationships with suppliers, decorators, and fulfillment partners. Oversee production schedules, timelines, and delivery logistics to ensure smooth execution. Track inventory, reorders, and supplier performance. Prepare quotes, purchase orders, and invoices. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure designs are production-ready and aligned with client campaigns. Maintain accurate records of orders, supplier communications, and budgets. Support internal operations by optimizing digital Merch Stores and automating processes where possible. What We’re Looking For2+ years of experience in merchandise buying, order management, or the promotional products industry. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Experience handling multiple vendors and projects simultaneously. Familiarity with cost analysis, margins, and vendor terms. Bonus: Experience with promotional software like InkSoft, SAGE, or ASI ESP.
