You’ll work with talented and experienced specialists to deliver campaigns supporting our Sports, Casino, and Lottery products that excite and entertain our players.You will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working under tight deadlines. Ideally, you should have a passion for sports or casino gaming. If not, you’ll need to think like a sports or casino customer to understand their needs. You must be a strong team player, working with the marketing team and the rest of the company to ensure our campaigns look fantastic and are delivered on time.You will be both analytical and creative. You will track the performance of every campaign we send and work with the team to enhance our efforts continuously. Job Responsibilities:Ensure each campaign is delivered efficiently and without mistakes, even when multiple projects are being worked on simultaneously. Proactivity: Take ownership of tasks and processes. Work independently to complete your workload as efficiently and accurately as possible.Accountability - learning from mistakes and proactively suggesting solutions and potential improvements Become a power user of our campaign tools and processesProcess-oriented: organized and able to follow all preset processes and guidelinesAttention to Detail: Test and QA your work extensively and find ways to monitor and catch errors.Create straightforward and easy-to-read documentation for all tasks and responsibilities in the team.Monitoring and reporting: produce campaign reports and ensure everyone on the team is up to date on our best and worst-performing campaignsWillingness to learn: constantly increase your knowledge of CRM principles, company operations, and iGaming trends and strategiesCommunication & stakeholder management: communicate clearly and regularly with your line management and wider team, facilitating teamwork and transparencyMinimum Requirements:Proven experience managing and delivering multiple complex projects in a professional setting.Proven experience working with tools like Jira, Monday or Asana. Proven working knowledge of CRM & Promotional marketing to ensure our plans and resourcing are realistic and efficient.Microsoft Office ProficiencyGreat numerical ability to analyze and interpret data.Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).Preferred Qualifications:Have a passion for Sports or Casinos and a customer-centric mindset.Ideally, have experience working in CRM or Digital Marketing technology like Salesforce, Adobe, Mailchimp and other similar apps.Experience in project management.Driven, passionate, and determined, a self-motivator with a knack for problem-solving.
