Constantly reviews the market, the competition and the key business indicators to identify tendencies, problems, concerns and opportunities for improvement.Conduct store visits to assess product placement and displays, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and visual merchandising standards.Implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility, drive sales, and align with brand and marketing goals.Deliver in-store training sessions focused on product knowledge related to diverse product categories.Collaborate with the Trade Marketing Manager and various departments to ensure the success of merchandising initiatives. Responsibilities: Conduct permanent store visits, provide real-time feedback, dispatch POS materials and track product categories in-store shelf share. . Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends to suggest improvements to merchandising and marketing strategies. Design training materials such as presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules, ensuring they align with both merchandising and marketing objectives. Execute face to face trainings on daily basis in the assigned territory and stores. Work closely with the Trade Marketing Manager to ensure product displays, POS materials and promotional campaigns are aligned, effectively showcasing products and driving customer engagement. Collaborate with the sales team to monitor stock levels, ensure timely product availability and right product mix per channel and partner Foster a learning culture by continuously updating training content to incorporate new marketing trends, product features, and industry best practices. Maintain relationships with retail sales force to stay informed about new trends, product releases, consumer feedback and other market specifics. Requirements: Min 3 years of similar experience Strong planning and execution skills Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Previous experience in Consumer Electronics retail would be a strong asset Proficient in MS Office and field sales tools.
