Merchandiser Manager

Job Description :Develop purchasing strategies aligned with store operational needs, sales objectives, and market dynamics.Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to ensure consistent supply of quality products that meet company standards.Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve optimal cost efficiency and target profit margins.Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, focusing on delivery timeliness, product quality, and reliability.Analyze market trends and pricing fluctuations to support strategic purchasing decisions.Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Operations, and Finance) to ensure alignment with inventory and budget plans.Maintain accurate purchasing records including contracts, supplier agreements, and cost analysis reports.Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality or operational efficiency.Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement standards, and ethical purchasing practices.Requirement :Min. Bachelor’s degree in any related field8+ years of working experiencesProven track record in vendor negotiation, cost management, and supply planning.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), capable of conveying technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.Detail-oriented approach, committed to accuracy and thoroughness in all compliance-related activities.English Proficiency is requiredMin.
