Supply Planning Supervisor

Job DescriptionManage transition processes for innovation / renovation and minimize supply chain lossesPlan and maintain optimal inventory levels of primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging materials based on production schedules and forecasted demand.Collaborate closely with procurement, suppliers, production planners, and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of materials.Monitor material usage, lead times, shelf life, and potential obsolescence to minimize waste and optimize inventory turns.Track supplier performance and follow up on order confirmations, shipment schedules, and delivery issues.Provide timely updates on material status to stakeholders and escalate critical shortages or risks.Generate and maintain accurate data in planning systems, including BOMs, item masters, and safety stock levels.Support internal audits, compliance checks, and inventory reconciliations as needed.Coordinate with marketing and NPD (new product development) on packaging launches.Serve as the end-to-end owner for material availability.Location(s)Menara MandiriKraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Underrepresented Ethnic Minority Groups/Women/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity and other protected classes.
