Partnering closely with the APAC SCM team, you will have the opportunity to influence how our products reach customers, ensure every store reflects our brand’s vision, and drive operational excellence. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on turning strategy into action, loves optimizing processes, and wants to play a pivotal role in the growth of POP MART in Australia.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily and weekly store replenishment orders based on sales trends, stock levels, and product prioritiesCommunicate with warehouse team to ensure accurate picking, packing and timely dispatch of store shipmentsLiaise with store managers to confirm stock needs, delivery status, and resolve any discrepanciesMonitor in-transit stock and follow up on delays or issues proactivelyMaintain accurate stock data across internal systems (NetSuite/Cegid) and ensure smooth replenishment flowSupport new store openings or promotional campaigns with tailored stock allocationsAssist in inventory investigations and reconciliation processes when neededGenerate reports on replenishment efficiency and suggest improvements where applicableWhat You’ll Bring:2–3 years of experience in replenishment, logistics coordination or retail operationsStrong communication skills to liaise with warehouse, store teams and internal departmentsExcellent attention to detail and a hands-on mindsetProficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic analysis)Familiarity with inventory systems, NetSuite platforms is a plusAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environmentA proactive and solutions-driven attitudeFluent in English (working language); Mandarin is a plus
