Mergers and Acquisitions Associate

Key Responsibilities:Advise clients on IPO readiness, listing strategy, and market positioning.Coordinate with underwriters, lawyers, auditors, and regulators as issuer-side consultant.Provide strategic input on valuation, deal structure, cornerstone/anchor investors, and timing.Support M&A transactions with valuation, structuring, and execution.Requirements:4–8 years’ experience in corporate finance, IPO consulting, or M&A advisory.Strong execution skills in transaction management and stakeholder coordination.Financial modeling, valuation, and presentation expertise.Excellent communication and client advisory capabilities.Core Attributes:Strong learning drive – eager to master new products and market trends.Client-first orientation – sharp insight into client needs and ability to design solutions.Market awareness – ability to leverage market opportunities and hot topics into product ideas.
