Mergers and Acquisitions Associate

M&A, Associate ResponsibilitiesCoordinate day-to-day management of due diligence processes and assist in the execution of key workstreams across the Company’s existing and prospective pipeline of utility-scale solar and battery storage projects2 – 3 years of experience in an analytical or transactional role at a top-tier investment bank, private equity firm or independent power producerSupport in the evaluation and execution of project acquisition and divestiture opportunities, as well as other corporate development initiativesAssist in the preparation of presentation materials for senior leadership, including quarterly company confidential information memorandum (CIM) updates, M&A opportunity screening materials, and investment committee presentationsCoordinate cross-functional due diligence workstreams for potential acquisition and divestiture opportunitiesSupport in tracking prospective M&A opportunities and maintaining up-to-date information on the Company’s transaction pipelineQualificationsBS/MS in Finance or quantitative degreeHighly proficient in MS Excel and PowerPointMinimum 2 years of experience in transactional role (preferably in renewable energy or finance) with demonstrated track record of analytical capabilitiesHighly resourceful and able to work in an entrepreneurial environmentComfort working on a cross-functional team in a dynamic, fast-moving, and high-stakes work environmentComfort working in a transaction-based environment with tight deadlines dictated by deal flowDriven and hard-working individual with a sense of ownership over their own work product
