GrowthAssistant is looking for a Meta and Google Ads Specialist who’s passionate about scaling direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands through data-driven paid media strategies.In this role, you’ll play a key part in executing, optimizing, and scaling paid social and search campaigns across multiple DTC brands. You’ll collaborate closely with Growth Managers and creative teams to deliver measurable results and ensure seamless campaign execution.Compensation & PerksSalary Range: ₱70,000 – ₱95,000/month (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)Work Setup: 100% permanent work-from-homeBonuses:$25 monthly perfect attendance bonus Performance bonusAnniversary bonus (₱5,000 at 1 year; ₱10,000 at 2 years)$300 referral bonus per successful hirePaid Parental LeavePaid Time Off:7 holiday PTO days/year6 regular PTO days/yearHealth Coverage: Comprehensive HMO planWhat You’ll DoExecute and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (primary) and Google Ads (secondary) for multiple DTC brands.Build and launch ad campaigns from scratch, conducting A/B tests to identify winning audiences, creatives, and placements.Analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPM, and CAC to guide daily optimizations.Support senior growth leads by managing campaign execution, trafficking, and QA to ensure smooth delivery.Communicate proactively with brand and portfolio teams through Slack, Notion, and video calls.Pull reports and insights from ad platforms, BI dashboards (e.g., Sigma, Looker), and Google Sheets to surface trends and opportunities.Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand goals.QA campaign performance across brands and flag optimization opportunities for the senior team.Participate in weekly growth syncs to review performance and share learnings across the portfolio.What We’re Looking For2–3 years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (launching, optimizing, and scaling).1+ year of Google Ads experience (feed-driven formats like Shopping & PMax preferred).Strong understanding of key performance metrics: ROAS, CTR, CPM, and CAC.Experience managing multiple DTC brands simultaneously (agency or portfolio model preferred).Proficiency with Shopify, Slack, Notion, and Google Sheets.Familiarity with BI dashboards such as Sigma Computing or Looker.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Proven success supporting U.S.-based marketing teams remotely.Ability to work U.S. business hours.Nice to HaveExperience with Pinterest, Amazon, or affiliate marketing channels.Basic understanding of influencer or UGC content workflows.Familiarity with AI tools for creative optimization or reporting.Genuine interest in long-term growth and multi-brand collaboration.Why You’ll Love Working HereAt GrowthAssistant, you’ll collaborate with a diverse, talented team, sharpen your skills with global clients, and make an impact in your career.
