Program OverviewThis role begins with a 12-month internship, followed by a 24-month structured integration and growth phase for top-performing interns who demonstrate commitment, skill, and leadership potential. Phase 1: Internship (Months 1–12)Hands-on exposure and training across all core marketing functions, mentorship, and performance tracking. Phase 2: Integration & Growth (Months 13–36)Progressive responsibilities, strategy input, project leadership, and potential elevation to Senior Marketing Associate or Marketing Executive roles. Key Responsibilities During Internship PhaseContent Marketing SupportAssist in writing, editing, and proofreading marketing content for digital and print. Contribute to social media posts, blog articles, email campaigns, and newsletters.
Brand Visibility & AwarenessHelp manage the company’s presence on LinkedIn and other social media platforms. Support brand building efforts including visual consistency, tone, and messaging. Market ResearchConduct competitor analysis, market intelligence, and client preference surveys. Gather industry insights for campaign planning. Campaign CoordinationSupport the execution of marketing campaigns across email, social, and events. Help track performance metrics and prepare campaign reports. CRM & Lead ManagementLearn to use the CRM system to log leads, track customer touchpoints, and maintain updated marketing databases. Events & WebinarsAssist in organizing marketing events, client education sessions, and webinars.
Team CollaborationParticipate in cross-functional team discussions to align marketing with sales, legal, and operations. Learning Outcomes (Year 1)By the end of the internship, the intern will: Understand the fundamentals of B2B marketing in accounting and consulting. Be capable of running digital campaigns with minimal supervision. Demonstrate competence in content creation, branding, and client engagement. Gain familiarity with tax and accounting jargon for effective communication. Growth Pathway (Years 2–3)Subject to performance, interns will: Move into full-time junior roles (e. g. , Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Executive). Own and lead projects such as website optimization, branding overhauls, or paid ad campaigns.
Participate in strategic discussions around service launches, brand direction, and partnerships. Mentor newer interns by Year 3 and support the company’s regional expansion. Eligibility CriteriaRecent graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of social media, digital marketing tools, and basic content writing. Interest in accounting, finance, and regulatory sectors is a plus. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Team player, quick learner, and highly adaptive. Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)Canva, Adobe Suite, or basic graphic design. Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing and SEO best practices.
Basic understanding of the UAE tax environment (VAT, Corporate Tax) is a bonus.
