08/28/2025Metso is looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Tampere!If you have a passion for leading diverse projects with Mid-size and Mobile Crushers and want to be part of a company building a sustainable future, you might be the person we’re looking for. This role is global and belongs to the Crushing business line, so you will be working closely with the Market area project teams. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of customer projects from planning to execution.

You will lead the project team, ensure schedules and budgets are met, and work closely with customers and internal stakeholders. Please note the position is in Finland, Tampere, and it requires on-site working.

What You’ll DoBe in front of the customer, setting up expectations and negotiatingManage projects from presales to warranty phaseKeep the project organized and updated, and provide reports as defined by the companyCustomer communication and stakeholder collaborationGuiding and motivating the project teamWho You AreExtensive knowledge of Metso Mid-size and mobile crushersAt least 3–5 years of experience in international project management in an industrial settingGood knowledge of Project Management disciplines – example contract review, risk management, lessons learned, etc.
