Maintain and manage candidate pipelines using modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Draft and post compelling job advertisements across various platforms to attract top talent. Conduct market research to inform recruitment strategies and stay updated on industry trends. Provide vital administrative assistance to the recruitment team, ensuring smooth operational support. Skills & QualificationsMust-Have: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to engage candidates. Must-Have: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment software and ATS. Must-Have: Basic understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices. Must-Have: Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with keen organizational skills. Preferred: Previous experience in recruitment or HR support roles, including internships.
