Client Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships. 2. Account GrowthIdentify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services. Meet or exceed revenue goals and key performance indicators (KPIs). 3.

Problem ResolutionRespond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, effective manner. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. 4. Client Onboarding & TrainingGuide new clients through onboarding processes. Deliver product or service training as needed. 5. Reporting & AnalysisGenerate regular reports on account performance and client satisfaction. 📌 Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar client-facing role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. 🔍 Preferred Skills: Experience or knowledge in the forex industry is a strong advantage.
