Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration & ManagementManage and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Azure AD.Oversee user and license management across all Microsoft 365 services.Configure policies and administer access controls to ensure compliance and security.Security & ComplianceImplement and monitor security measures such as Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Data Loss Prevention (DLP).Ensure adherence to Microsoft security and governance frameworks.Apply best practices to safeguard organizational data.Automation & ReportingUtilize PowerShell scripting for automation, reporting, and bulk administrative tasks.Generate reports on usage, compliance, and system health.Troubleshooting & SupportDiagnose and resolve complex technical issues within Microsoft 365 services.Manage incidents and collaborate with Microsoft support for service disruptions.Hybrid Environment ManagementSupport integration between on-premises Active Directory and Azure AD.Manage Intune and Endpoint Manager for device and application management.Continuous ImprovementDrive adoption and optimize performance of Microsoft 365 tools.Provide actionable insights and training to IT teams and business stakeholders.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).Experience:Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration.Strong knowledge of Microsoft security and compliance frameworks.Experience with hybrid environments and Intune device management.Technical Skills:Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.Expertise in Microsoft 365 services and Azure AD.Familiarity with Conditional Access, MFA, DLP, and governance policies.Certifications (Mandatory):Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Certified – Administrator Expert
