Job Title: Finance Consultant – D365 / AX 2012Language: B2 German +Salary: 60-90k depending on experienceOverviewWe’re looking for a Finance Consultant with a strong background in core finance and accounting to join a leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone from industry or an in-house finance background (for example: Financial Controller, Accountant, or Finance Business Partner) who is looking to move into ERP consulting and develop their expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) or AX 2012.Key ResponsibilitiesWork with clients to understand their finance processes, requirements, and business objectives.Support the design, configuration, and delivery of D365 Finance or AX 2012 solutions.Translate finance processes (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank, Project Accounting, etc.) into system functionality.Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and go-live support.Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.Participate in workshops, testing, and process improvements.Ideal BackgroundStrong finance knowledge and practical experience in:General LedgerAccounts Payable / ReceivableFixed AssetsBudgeting & ForecastingFinancial ReportingExperience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 Finance preferred, but not essential).Background in finance, accounting, or controlling—either in-house or industry-side.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Desire to transition into a consulting environment and grow within the Microsoft ecosystem.What’s on OfferStructured onboarding and training in Microsoft D365 Finance.Opportunity to work on exciting transformation projects with global clients.Supportive team culture with mentorship from senior consultants.Competitive salary, bonus, and certifications funded by the company.
