Practical Information:Location: Helsinki, Finland | Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Reports to: Director of Sales and Channel | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Finland | Language Requirements: Full proficiency in English and Finnish, written and verbal | Learn more: www.crayon.com/fi/As our new Microsoft Security Solution Sales Specialist, you will drive the entire sales cycle for our security services, based on Microsoft technology. You will position Microsoft security products and our services effectively, addressing customer challenges and ensuring business growth. You will be responsible for growing Crayon’s cybersecurity business by driving opportunities individually and with the sales team. You will also offer value propositions to partners and customers based on outcome and business results.Key responsibilities:Drive and support the acquisition of cybersecurity projects Lead strategic and technical cybersecurity conversations Coach and support internal teams and external partners in understanding Crayon’s value proposition around security services Collaborate with Microsoft, keep up to speed with technological enhancements and new strategies Identify new solutions that might fit our partners’ business needs as well as qualify opportunities and position Crayon’s security services Your Competencies:5+ years of experience in technical cyber security solution sales, focused on selling services around security operations and/or Microsoft cloud security to the public/private/government sectors 3+ years’ experience in solution selling through a widely adopted sales framework (Miller Heiman, MEDDIC etc.) Verifiable track record of service sales quota achievement (+2 million Euro annual service quota) as a hunter for the last two years 3+ years of demonstrated bid management and multinational stakeholder management experience Technical background is preferred (Cybersecurity, SW development, IT-infrastructure) About You:You are a driven hunter with a solution-oriented mindset, thriving on finding and closing opportunities You have a highly structured, detail-oriented approach and a focus on quality You engage confidently at all levels, enjoy leading workshops and presentations, and thrive working independently What's on offer:Upskilling and cross-selling through certifications and training Social and team events Competitive salary package New office space in Helsinki with refreshments Sports and lunch benefits Private medical insurance Apply to join an award-winning employer!At Crayon, we are deeply committed to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).
