Mid to Senior Data Engineer

Location: remote, AlbaniaLevel : mid to seniorEnglish: MondatoryWe are looking for mid to senior Data Engineers to join our client’s team. This is an exciting opportunity to take end-to-end ownership of building, optimizing, and supporting both existing and new data products aligned with the company’s vision. What You’ll Do:Build, optimize, and maintain data products as independent deployable units, ensuring security, scalability, observability, and performance.Manage CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, and GCP cloud infrastructure, championing DevOps principles.Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to shape product vision and identify opportunities based on customer needs.Work with cross-functional teams on data mesh–related topics.Continuously evaluate and improve systems, reduce technical debt, and stay up-to-date with the latest in data, analytics, and cloud technologies.Core Technical Skills:Cloud: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially Dataflow and BigQueryData Tools: DBT (Data Build Tool), SQL, Avro, Parquet, data modelingProgramming: Python, Java, or ScalaDatabases: NoSQL and RDBMS knowledgeData Visualization ToolsDevOps & Architecture Skills:DevOps mindset and principlesBuilding deployable, independent data productsEnsuring security, scalability, observability, and performanceWorking within a data mesh architectureTechnical debt reduction and continuous improvementIf you are passionate about data engineering, cloud technologies, and building scalable data products, we’d love to hear from you!
