Our SaaS solution and marketing assistance is what we provide our business partners with.To do that right, we’ve got:14 years of expertise in developing a mobility platformAmazing team of specialists working and playing hardOpportunity for all employees to influence the product and take initiativeFocus on quality, no strict deadlinesFlexible managementHealthy work-life balanceWe’re looking for a Middle+ Data Analyst who will conduct research, uncover insights, build recommendations, and create analytical solutions that help partners achieve Zero Blind Spots, and enable product teams to maximize confidence in decision-making.You will work across both product and operational analytics, contributing to the development of passenger and driver applications, as well as improving operational tools used by partners - including blocking systems, motivation mechanics, loyalty programs, pricing, and order distribution.What you’ll do:Conduct product and operational research, uncover insights, and propose growth opportunitiesAnalyze marketplace performance metrics, including pricing efficiency and order distribution logicPerform operational analytics to improve partners’ efficiency: blocking rules, motivation mechanics, loyalty programs, etc.Conduct partner performance analytics: funnel analytics, success drivers, bottleneck detection, and identifying what enables partners to scale and succeedInvestigate anomalies in key metrics, identify root causes, and propose solutionsBuild dashboards and self-service analytical tools for internal teams and business partnersContribute to building the analytics platform, including data marts and metric definitionsDesign, run, and analyze A/B tests and controlled experimentsPresent findings to stakeholders and translate insights into clear recommendationsYou’re a great fit if you have:3+ years of experience in product or data analyticsExperience running A/B tests and practical knowledge of statistics and probability theoryProficiency in SQL, including working with large datasets and building analytical data martsStrong Python skills for data analysis and visualization (pandas, numpy, scipy)Experience with BI tools: Redash, Tableau, Power BI, Superset, or similarAnalytical and critical mindset, structured thinking, and strong problem-solving approachAbility to justify conclusions, communicate insights clearly, and present findings to cross-functional teamsUpper-Intermediate English or higherNice to have:Experience working with ClickHouseBackground in marketplace or mobility analyticsExperience building dashboards for external stakeholdersInterest or experience applying AI-powered analytical toolsWhy you’ll enjoy working with us:Your work will impact a real global product operating in dozens of marketsA fresh and no-legacy analytics function where you’ll work alongside experienced teammates with a strong background in building data platforms and analytical capabilitiesOpportunity to shape analytics culture and data quality standardsWork on a unique mix of product, marketplace, and operational problemsHigh level of ownership and ability to see immediate results of your work
