Fair Sky Partners Ltd is a growing international company operating in the iGaming affiliate space.As we expand, we are looking for a skilled and highly motivated SMM Manager who will work directly under our Lead SMM Manager and contribute to shaping the social media strategy, influencer growth, and brand presence across key platforms.This is an ideal role for a candidate with excellent taste, strong creative vision, and hands-on experience in influencer marketing. You should understand how to find, evaluate, and manage both influencers and micro-influencers, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective, measurable, and ROI-positive.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Lead SMM Manager in shaping and executing social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platformsHelp develop a consistent, high-quality visual identity, tone of voice, and creative directionPropose ideas for content formats, storytelling, collaborations, and engagement campaignsContribute to building the long-term brand presence and community growth roadmapParticipate in planning, creating, and managing social media content calendarsAssist with preparing briefs for designers, videographers, or freelancersReview content to ensure it meets brand standards, creative guidelines, and aesthetic qualityEnsure all posts are optimized for engagement, reach, and performance goalsIdentify, source, and evaluate influencers and micro-influencers aligned with our brand and target audienceManage outreach, negotiation, and collaboration processes under guidance of the Lead SMM ManagerMonitor influencer performance, track KPIs, and ensure campaigns are ROI-positiveMaintain an updated influencer database with metrics, pricing benchmarks, and resultsAnalyze influencer activity, audience authenticity, and engagement quality to prevent ineffective partnershipsHelp create influencer briefs and ensure correct delivery of content and messagingTrack key social media metrics and assist in preparing weekly/monthly performance reportsProvide insights and recommendations based on audience behavior, post performance, and competitor trendsEvaluate influencer campaigns and provide ROI, cost-efficiency, and engagement analysisWork closely with the Lead SMM Manager to support daily tasks, long-term initiatives, and strategic decisionsCoordinate with internal teams such as content, design, affiliate, and product marketingMaintain communication with external partners, content creators, and influencersQualifications1–3+ years of experience in Social Media Management, Influencer Marketing, or Digital MarketingSolid understanding of social media trends, content formats, and platform dynamics (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)Experience working with influencers and micro-influencers (MUST)Ability to evaluate influencer performance, detect fake engagement, and optimize ROIStrong creative sense, excellent taste, and understanding of visual aestheticsBasic skills in content planning, copywriting, and creative briefingHighly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasksStrong communication and negotiation skillsExperience with social media analytics tools is a plusPassion for digital marketing, branding, and creative storytellingExperience in iGaming or entertainment industries is a plus, but not requiredMandatory Requirements:To be considered for this role, candidates must provide:A link to their Instagram, ORA link to past SMM projects or portfolio, ORCase studies of past influencer campaigns they managedApplications without examples or portfolio will not be reviewed.What We OfferTraining and mentorship from experienced affiliate managersOpportunities for professional growth and career developmentCollaborative and supportive team environment
