Hi!PRAS is a company headquartered in Minsk that has been helping businesses grow through IT solutions since 2011. Our main focus areas are web applications, SaaS, and AIS development.We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to strengthen our team and help attract new clients for our Polish office in the markets of Western Europe, the USA, and Poland.Responsibilities:Searching for and generating leads via LinkedIn, Upwork, Email outreach, and other channels.Researching target markets (Europe, USA) and building a database of potential clients.Setting up and automating outbound marketing processes.Conducting online meetings with potential clients.Managing the lead database in CRM, tracking conversions and campaign performance.Requirements:At least 1 year of experience in B2B lead generation.Knowledge of tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Apollo, Hunter, Snov.io, and similar platforms.Experience working with CRM systems.English level B2 or higher (!).Experience in IT or related fields.Conditions:Official employment under the Labor Code of the Republic of Belarus.Flexible working hours (aligned with US and European time zones), 5/2 schedule.2-month probation period.Office work (remote work possible after stable results are achieved).Opportunities for professional growth in the IT field.25 calendar days of paid vacation.KPI-based bonus (% in addition to base salary).To start the conversation, please attach a cover letter about yourself, including your salary expectations, English proficiency level, and actual experience in IT.
