Junior affiliate manager

Fair Sky Partners Ltd is a growing international company operating in the iGaming affiliate space.As the company scales, we are looking for a junior affiliate manager to support the growth of our affiliate marketing program. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, comfortable communicating with partners, and ready to take on the challenge of optimizing affiliate performance.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing day-to-day operations of the affiliate programRecruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with new and existing affiliatesMonitor affiliate activity to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and program policiesPrepare performance reports and provide insights to improve conversions and ROICoordinate with internal teams (marketing, content, tech) to support affiliate needsUpdate promotional materials, offers, and tracking linksConduct regular communication with affiliates to share updates, campaigns, and incentivesHelp identify opportunities for growth within the affiliate channelSupport troubleshooting issues related to tracking, payments, and reportingQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)Strong communication and relationship-building skillsBasic understanding of digital marketing conceptsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency with Excel/Google SheetsFamiliarity with affiliate networks or platforms (a plus, but not required)Eagerness to learn and grow within the affiliate marketing spaceWhat We OfferTraining and mentorship from experienced affiliate managersOpportunities for professional growth and career developmentCollaborative and supportive team environment
