Assistant Head of Affiliates

Fair Sky Partners Ltd is a growing international company operating in the iGaming affiliate space.As the company scales, we are looking for an Assistant Head of Affiliates manager to support the growth of our affiliate marketing program. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, comfortable communicating with partners, and ready to take on the challenge of optimizing affiliate performance.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the Head of Affiliates in executing the overall affiliate strategyManage key operational tasks related to campaign launches, updates, and partner coordinationOversee cross-team workflows and collaborate with internal departments including marketing, content, BI/analytics, and techSupport the planning, execution, and optimization of affiliate initiativesCreate, configure, and maintain tracking links (UTMs, postbacks, S2S integrations, API connections)Monitor tracking accuracy, run tests, and assist with troubleshooting technical issuesSet up offers, caps, KPIs, and campaign parameters within affiliate platformsAnalyze traffic flows, conversion funnels, technical discrepancies, and detection of anomalies or fraudulent activityWork with the tech team to enhance tracking infrastructure and data reliabilityRecruit, onboard, and build relationships with new and existing affiliatesMaintain consistent communication with partners about updates, campaigns, incentives, and technical requirementsPrepare clear technical guidelines, onboarding documents, and promotional materialsUpdate creatives, landing pages, offers, and tracking assets in collaboration with internal teamsResearch new traffic sources, affiliate networks, and partnership opportunitiesSupport negotiations and assist in structuring competitive offers for key partnersIdentify areas for scaling and contribute to the continuous improvement of the affiliate programQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred)Strong communication and relationship-building skillsBasic understanding of digital marketing conceptsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency with Excel/Google SheetsFamiliarity with affiliate networks or platforms (a plus, but not required)Eagerness to learn and grow within the affiliate marketing spaceWhat We OfferTraining and mentorship from experienced affiliate managersOpportunities for professional growth and career developmentCollaborative and supportive team environment
