It’s second nature to you.You’ve worked with (or around) the likes of Continental, Airlines, Argus, Skyways or any major cargo line, and know how the middle mile really moves.You understand that “handover” doesn’t just mean passing the parcel, it’s ensuring every kilo flies out on time, every single day.You’ve lived the chaos of belly space, flight delays, and missing manifests, and somehow still manage to smile through it.You can coordinate between airlines, vendors, and ops teams without losing your mind (or your cool).You’ve got a head for numbers and a heart for hustle, load factors, cost per kg, TAT, you track them all.You don’t just escalate issues, you solve them before they hit the dashboard.You’re comfortable in a world where things change by the hour (flights, routes, SLAs), all moving targets.You can join immediately.You’re not looking for a 5-day week. We work 6, and sometimes Sunday too (logistics doesn’t sleep).You’re ready to relocate or already based in Delhi / Gurgaon — our hub’s in Dwarka.You genuinely enjoy the thrill of operations.
