Middle Office Associate (Trading Floor) - Hedge Fund - £75-100k base + bonus

A global hedge fund is looking to make a newly created middle office hire to support their rapidly expanding London trading team.Sat facing off to a bank of multi-asset traders, the hire will handle trade bookings, execution oversight, oversight of outsourced back-office service providers (settlements, recs etc), P&L reporting / analysis etc. The hire will also often work on ad-hoc projects for senior traders. This is a great role to have constant exposure to high volume, industry recognised traders, in a role with a varied, highly-autonomous remit.Candidates should have 4-8yrs experience in an IB or Hedge Fund operations / trade support / middle office role. Ideally, coverage of both equities and fixed income is desirable. Project management experience is also preferred.The role is paying up to a £100k base salary and a discretionary bonus.
