We operate an on-call rota around the clock to ensure our global operations run smoothlyTeam / RoleAs a Middle Office Operations Analyst, you will:Monitor media and various platforms' announcements to assist business teams in strategic planning and decision makingActively maintain configurations of news aggregation systems to ensure information from multiple sources is extracted in a timely mannerUpdate the fee structures across all business platformsReview existing processes/applications and identify automation and process reengineering opportunities and prepare system requirements or build scripts to implement improvementsCoordinate with developers to support various automation and process reengineering initiatives to eliminate manual and unnecessary tasksSupport ad-hoc analysis and other operational tasks as assignedNon-office hour support may be requiredRequired SkillsetYou hold a university degree preferably in Business / Finance / Statistics / Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplinesYou have at least 4-5 years working experience, ideally in business operations, business analysis or a related fieldYou are detail-oriented with great organization skills.
