Summary: We are looking for Sales Manager, responsible for contacting potential clients ,driving the distributor, Retailers and Channel partners. Manage sales team and have excellent Ukraine market knowledge. Job ResponsibilitiesIdentifying and contacting potential clients to determine their needs and assess their interest in the company’s products or servicesDriving the distributor, Retailers and Channel partners to grow the Sales for Home Appliances category. Manage sales team and handle P & L of the department . Liaising with various departments for Sales , marketing , Logistics, Finance etc.
Ensuring that company products or services are represented accurately in advertising and marketing materialsDeveloping strategies to increase market share by identifying new opportunities in existing markets or developing new marketsDeveloping and implementing a strategic plan to achieve specific goals such as increasing revenues or improving customer satisfactionNegotiating contracts and managing relationships with vendors, suppliers, partners, and other external parties to ensure compliance with legal requirementsProviding leadership, training, and motivation to the sales team to help them meet their goalsCommunicating regularly with senior management about the status of projects and issues that could impact performanceNecessary Skills Needed:
