We are very open to people growing both within and beyond their teams and departments.We are looking for a Project Manager to join the dynamic product team - a campervan hire and camping expert in Europe with over 70 stations across Europe and North America.In this role, you willManage end-to-end software multi-projectsBe responsible for project scope, timeline, budget, communication, and overall customer successAct as a client partner by providing help and support to achieve their business goalsAnalyze, evaluate, and understand business cases, and convert them into user stories with clear acceptance criteria for deliveryEfficiently manage the project development process based on Agile methodology: prepare roadmaps and backlogs, implement Agile ceremonies, and identify risks and potential issuesRegularly assess team dynamics to foster motivation, engagement, and professional growthWhat You Will Bring3-4 Years of experience in Project management in tech companies Proven experience managing software development projects in collaboration with cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with project management tools such as JIRAExperience thriving in fast-paced environments with tight deadlinesUnderstanding of the software development lifecycle and SDLC methodologiesKnowledge of business requirements gathering and analysisExperience in stakeholder management and communicationKnowledge of project budgeting and financial managementExperience in risk management and issue resolutionStrong negotiation skills, with the ability and willingness to find fair and balanced solutions for all involved partiesEagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-evolving business environmentFluency in Arabic and EnglishWhy you’ll love working here?Build the Future With Gradion MENAGradion is a global deep-tech powerhouse partnering with companies on their path to massive scale and real impact.
