We are looking for PMO for one of our clients in the Real Estate Development industry, located in 5th Settlement.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site PMO role located in 5th Settlement. The Project Management Officer will be responsible for overseeing project governance, tracking project performance, and ensuring all strategic initiatives are executed in alignment with organizational goals. The role involves monitoring project plans, evaluating KPIs, preparing performance reports, supporting risk and issue management, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency, transparency, and timely project delivery.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fieldProven work experience in Project Management field from 10 to 15 yearsPrevious experience within the Real Estate industries is a mustPMP Certification is a mustExperience in Program Management and Project Portfolio ManagementStrong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills5th Settlement or nearby residences are preferred.
