Competitive salary plus annual performance-based bonusHybrid working; four days in-office and the option to work remotely on FridaysFree monthly car valet at the studioMonthly breakfasts & regular team socialsPaid day off on your birthdayPaid time off between Christmas & New YearTraining & career development opportunitiesAccess to financial wellbeing & budgeting supportDuties and Responsibilities:Creating visually engaging campaigns, brand assets, and experiences for international clients.Collaborating closely with fellow creatives to generate ideas that are both original and strategically sound.Presenting concepts confidently to internal teams and clients, articulating the thinking behind the work.Working alongside strategy and account teams to ensure creative output aligns with brand objectives and insights.Managing projects from initial concept through to final execution, maintaining high standards throughout.Exploring new creative directions while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.Required Skills and Experience:Extensive experience in a similar role within a creative agency environmentProven ability to develop brand positioning, campaign concepts, and visual storytellingProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and InDesign; experience with After Effects or similar is advantageousExcellent communication skills, with confidence in presenting and discussing ideasSolid copywriting ability, with a desire to continue developing this skillA proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently when neededExperience working with global brands and managing multiple projects simultaneously is highly desirableA strong sense of visual style and instinctive understanding of composition, typography, and art directionVersatility across different brand sectors, including sport, lifestyle, outdoor, and progressive retailA passion for learning and staying up to date with creative trendsFamiliarity with photography, motion, or film direction is a welcome bonus
