In this role, you’ll collaborate with Senior Designers, Design Directors, and Creative Directors to bring compelling ideas to life — shaping the future of standout brand and packaging design for leading global CPG and FMCG brands.ResponsibilitiesPartner with senior creative leaders to shape bold, strategic, and aesthetically exceptional design work across projects.Support the full creative process — from ideation to final artwork — ensuring each deliverable is on-brand and beautifully executed.Transform strategic insights into compelling visual concepts with clarity and confidence.Present design work with clarity and enthusiasm, both internally and to clients when needed.Contribute original ideas, a discerning eye for detail, and a passion for craft to elevate every project.Efficiently manage multiple design tasks simultaneously, balancing creativity with timing and strategic priorities.Work across diverse categories — from food and beauty to tech — tailoring your approach to each brand’s unique narrative.Assist in developing presentations, curating imagery, creating bespoke visuals, and briefing artwork for photography or illustration.Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure technical accuracy and faithful design execution through every stage.Stay curious and inspired — keeping up with design innovation, material exploration, and cultural influences.QualificationsExperience in brand and packaging design, ideally within an agency setting focused on CPG/FMCG.A strong creative portfolio showcasing original brand identity and packaging solutions across multiple categories.The ability to distill strategic thinking into imaginative and relevant design outcomes.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a solid understanding of artwork setup and production considerations.Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to clearly articulate ideas and concepts.A proactive, collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and a willingness to push creative boundaries.Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently across multiple projects.A genuine passion for design and the craft of creating brands that resonate and endure.Additional InformationTurner Duckworth has fantastic benefits on offer to all of our employees.
