This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a creative, supportive team delivering exceptional design from concept to completion.Our client is a highly regarded interior design practice known for its distinctive hospitality and F&B projects, blending functionality with design excellence.Role & ResponsibilitiesSupport the preparation and development of concept designs under senior guidanceCommunicate design ideas clearly through hand sketches, presentations, and digital visualisationsAssist in the coordination with consultants, suppliers, and contractorsProduce accurate and detailed technical drawings using AutoCADDevelop concept presentations and mood boards using InDesign for internal and client reviewsCreate and develop 3D models in SketchUp to visualise and refine design conceptsAttend site visits, assist in joinery reviews, and participate in snagging with supervisionTake ownership of specific project areas, ensuring quality and design intent are metMentor junior team members where requiredContribute positively to the studio's creative culture and project excellence.Required Skills & Experience4+ years' experience interior design on hospitality or F&B projectsProficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), SketchUp, and Microsoft OfficeExcellent design communication, presentation, and organisational skillsAbility to manage workload efficiently and work collaboratively within a teamKnowledge of materials, finishes, and FF&E relevant to commercial interiorsStrong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving approachExperience taking projects from concept through to completion.What you get backSalary £35,000 - £45,000 per annum1 day WFH per week with flexible start/finish timesBi-monthly socials and team eventsSummer and Christmas partiesEarly Friday finishFinancial incentive bonus schemeTraining and development programmesArt gallery trips and studio rewards scheme.ApplyIf you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
