With eight studios across the UK, they are growing fast and provide a collaborative, creative environment where people can thrive.Role & ResponsibilitiesSupport the design and delivery of a wide range of urban design and masterplanning projectsProduce high-quality design outputs, drawings, and presentationsCollaborate with planners, architects, and other specialists to develop integrated solutionsContribute to concept development, design strategies, and project reportsEngage with clients and stakeholders, supporting consultations and workshopsAssist with project management and coordination of design teamsRequired Skills & Experience2-5 years' experience in UK urban design and masterplanningStrong conceptual and design skills with a creative approach to placemakingProficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modelling softwareExcellent graphic, verbal, and written communication skillsMaster's in Urban Design (UK) or equivalent qualification; RIBA Part 2 with relevant experience also consideredExperience in project management and bid support desirableWhat you get backUp to £40,000 salaryBonus scheme25 days holiday + bank holidaysFlexible and hybrid working optionsCPD and mentoring supportEmployee-owned business with a collaborative cultureApplyIf you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
