Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mining Engineer based in Gaborone, with opportunities for remote work. The Mining Engineer will be responsible for developing and optimizing mine plans, ensuring operational efficiency, and overseeing mining projects. Day-to-day tasks may include conducting feasibility studies, designing mining operations, analyzing geological data, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and the ability to solve technical challenges will be essential aspects of this role.
