The Vacancy🔧 Mobile Engineer – South EastLocation: South East England (Mobile)About The RoleWates Property Services is looking for a skilled and motivated Mobile Engineer to join our team, providing high-quality maintenance and repair services across residential and commercial properties in the South East region.As a Mobile Engineer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive prompt, professional, and effective service. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sitesDiagnose and repair faults in building services systemsEnsure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with regulationsMaintain accurate records of work completedLiaise with clients and colleagues to ensure excellent service deliveryTravel across the South East region as requiredWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience in a similar mobile engineering roleRelevant trade qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds)Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailFull UK driving licenceExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and manage your own scheduleGiven the nature of this position, you will need to undergo a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) at offer stage.
