Job DescriptionJob Summary: The Assistant Marketing Manager supports the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing strategies to promote the hotel’s brand, increase bookings, and drive revenue.

This role involves digital marketing, brand promotion, campaign management, content creation, and coordination with internal departments and external agencies. Key Responsibilities: Marketing & Campaign ExecutionAssist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns (digital, print, PR, etc. )Coordinate seasonal promotions, packages, and offers for rooms, restaurants, spa, and events. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements. Content & Collateral DevelopmentAssist in writing, editing, and designing promotional materials (brochures, flyers, newsletters). Support content creation for blogs, email campaigns, and press releases. Brand ManagementEnsure consistent use of brand guidelines across all marketing materials and communications.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify marketing opportunities. Partnerships & EventsCoordinate with local businesses, tour operators, influencers, and travel agents for collaborations. Support in organizing and promoting in-house events, press tours, and FAM trips. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business, or related field. 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry. Strong communication and writing skills. Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO). Familiarity with social media and content management systems (e. g. , WordPress), email marketing platforms (e. g. , Mailchimp), and graphic design basics (e. g. , Canva, Adobe Suite).
